Q: Does this eliminate gas completly? Sound and smell?

It has eliminated the smell of my gas. It has greatly reduced the amount of gas that I have but I take 8 chewables a day.

Q: Is this good for body odor

I did not experience any noticeable change in body odor using this product.

Q: So how is this expensive product different from generic pepto bismol tablets also called pink bismuth?

Devrom is bismuth subgallate, Pepto is bismuth subsalicylate. Similar, but different.

Q: Do you take them before eating or after?

I suppose either. Personally, I take one 1st thing in the am.
