This is one of my favorite sauces just wish the price was not so high

This hot sauce just didn't appeal to me in terms of flavor. It is kind of garlicy and bitter and wasn't my favorite. My husband on the other hand liked it. It is made with good ingredients which I liked and had no artificial junk in it. It does have a nice amount of heat as well. The bottle is a decent size for the price and a good value. Overall I wouldn't purchase this again for myself, but I do think it's good quality.

As someone who has lived in Koreatown and Korea, I have a deep appreciation for Korean flavors, and the Seed Ranch NashSeoul Hot Sauce brings a wonderful blend of those flavors with a Nashville twist. This hot sauce is ideal for anyone who loves a balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy notes.I’ve tried this sauce on a variety of dishes, and it never disappoints. It adds a fantastic kick to burgers, steak, and chicken wings, as well as sunny-side-up eggs over steamed rice. The sweetness is subtle but complements the heat from the cayenne pepper beautifully. The sauce has a nice tanginess, likely from the fermentation process, which adds a unique depth that you don’t find in standard hot sauces. Delicious!The consistency is just right—perfectly balanced ying and yang of thick and thin—making it easy to drizzle or mix into your dishes. The quality and distinctive flavor profile....worth every penny! It’s versatile and adds a delicious fusion touch to a wide range of dishes.

The sauce is a nice dark red color. The smell is great, seems very Korean chili spices.Installation/setup: Open bottle and eat. Put on foods that need a punch.Final thoughts: This is a really delicious sauce. It tastes mostly of the Korean spices but there is a hint of barbeque too. I tried this in my tacos and added some to my chili. The flavor is unmistakable, adding a nice level of spice and taste that is a bit hot but not burn your face off hot. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

It's a sweet sauce, with a mild kick, and excellent Korean gochujang flavor. It’s best as a dipping sauce, for people that cannot tolerate too much heat.

Unfortunately this is not my favorite hot sauce. I love gochujang and use it often when cooking, and I love hot sauce, but for some reason this ended up having a bitter note that I didn’t love. It’s sweet and bitter in addition to spicy so I just couldn’t place what I would put this on.

I'm not super into hot sauces in general, but I do love the flavor of gochujang. This is an excellent fusion sauce. It has some of the vinegar tang of a classic American hot sauce, but it's well balanced with gochujang, garlic, and a bit of sweetness. I'm also kind of a wimp when it comes to hot sauces, but this wasn't terribly spicy. I can't wait to try this in ramen & on chicken wings.

I like to be able to TASTE the sauce so tend to go after more mild hot sauces and while this one is at the upper limit of what I'd consider within that range, it has nice dimension and the heat isn't blinding. Very nice!
