Bauerfeind Foot Bandage, AchilloTrain, Titan

Looks like a great product but runs bigger than what the size chart reads. Returned it as I was able to find a similar product.

I was skeptical about the price and couldn’t understand why it was so much more. After using it for two days it has been Amazing! My Achilles has healed a lot better. I can walk around no without a boot. I had tendinitis and nothing was working. I can’t wear a shoe with this but I’m using a thong sandal on my injured foot. I Love it. I just ordered another one for a back up.

I'd attempted many braces for my fairly significant achilles swelling. I mean at times I had a 2 inch swelling sticking off thr back of my leg. I've worn this brace, while working, for about 2 months and the pain/ swelling have dramatically improved! Best investment I could have made. I was on the brink of not being able to walk. I highly recommend this brace for acute issues!

AchilloTrain was recommended by my orthopedist. I was skeptical about the price since other competitor's products were less expensive. (However, some of the other products had bad reviews - cheap construction, falling apart, etc.) I followed the sizing directions and found that I was right at the cusp between two sizes. My orthopedist recommended the larger size because he was concerned about swelling. I watched the video on Bauerfeind's website and they recommended the smaller size if you are between 2 sizes. I chose the smaller size and I am so glad that I did. The product is of HIGH QUALITY and I had near total resolution of my pain within 2 days of wearing the product. It offers GREAT SUPPORT. I do a lot of walking on my job and I was able to work successfully without limping once I started using the AchilloTrain. The one thing you need to be aware of is that you will need to completely loosen the laces on your shoe in order to accommodate the increased width of your foot with the AchilloTrain and a covering sock. I was able to still wear my shoes and other footwear simply by maximally loosening the laces before slipping my foot in. THIS IS A QUALITY PRODUCT THAT IS WELL WORTH THE COST. It has allowed me to successfully decrease my anti-inflammatory medication much sooner than I expected to.
