I bought these dies because I like the font and the idea off having words pop off the paper as they do with die cut words. The amount of 5 star reviews helped push me toward the purchase.As soon as they came I ran in my craft room and tried them through my big shot. They would not cut clean. After many attempts with various combinations of sandwiches and cardstocks and wax paper, etc, I had yet to get a clean cut of all three words.So, I called Spellbinders (number is on the package) and spoke to the customer service rep. Well, to be accurate, left message for her and she called back the next day. I explained my problem and learned the following:Spellbinders wants you to call them to make it right, if you have a problem, before you post the review or complaint.These dies, even though there is no directions on the package that they are different, are delicate dies. They are meant to go through paper not heavier than 65 pound, so it was my fault for trying to use heavier paper.Roller Dies, like Big Shot, have the most pressure on the outside edges of the roller, so you should place your dies lengthwise, one on each side of the roller, and run it through that way. The Big Shot is not meant to cut these delicate dies, (why they design dies not meant to go through the most popular type of machine...the roller type is beyond me)So, they promise to make it right, I am to go try their methods... thin paper, like it up one outside of rollers, the word going lengthwise to the roller, and it "should work)and, it kind of does, with the right paper and if it wants to. But now, getting the word intact out of the die and off the background paper becomes an issue.I seriously will not purchase any "delicate" dies in future and am not thrilled with a company that points to everyone and everything but their own less than perfect design as the problem!

These are great small sized sentiments for handmade cards. Cut very well.

These dies are smaller than I thought they were going to be and cut clean most of the time. Not sure I will purchase from this company again

If you are sitting on the fence on whether to buy this or not, you should! I had this itm in my basket for a few days and kept going back to it. Then finally I just went for it. It was worth it. I used it for my card makings. I love to leave the insides of my cards blank, so these sentiments were perfect! When I needed an occasion, I just grab the dies and crank out the sediments that I needed. These dies are compatible with my Big Shot and Cuttlebug, so convenient! Overall, I am very satisfied with the die and the customer service. They shipped pretty quick and upon arrival, it was a described. These are my go-to dies when I am card making. The only advice that I would say would be to use wax paper when you are cutting as the lettering is delicate and the wax paper will allow the paper to release from the die.

I like this die,The letters are just the right height/size for a card face sentiment.I read where it was hard to separate paper from the die...they were right.I put two layers of wax paper between the die and paper...then I used a pin to slide along the impression till it popped loose.Even with all the extra care you need to use this die it's worth it.

This order came at the expected delivery time. I was disappointed in the size being only a half inch tall, very small. I had some trouble with it sticking in the die but after using the softener sheet technique it worked fine, but they are very fragile and rip easily.

These dies cut well, but are a lot smaller than I was expecting. I'll still use them, but I won't be buying other word sets simply because of the size.

Excellent dies and I really like the font

These dies have a very nice font that are lovely on cards. They requires a bit of patience when it comes to gluing them since when they are cut, they are very think and you have to make sure you keep an eye on the little dot for the I since it's microscopic!

These dies work very well. The font is really nice and they cut out nice and crisp. I am happy with my purchase.
