I was initially surprised at just how light each one of the little bags of clay was. However, once my son and I each picked some colors that we liked and started actually working with the clay it was great. Very easy to work with. The clay is very soft and is easily molded, torn and reshaped. My son wanted to make the characters from Among Us (permanently dating this review to the autumn 2020) and a Baby Yoda. He is nine and as almost no experience with any kind of sculpting and was easily able to make what he wanted. The colors are bring and fun. My only caveat is that this is a different medium than traditional clay in that it has a foam-like consistancy. When you make indentations they will slowly bounce back. For example, when I made a face on my figure, the eyes and the mouth would 'rebound' and I would be back to a smoot face. I don't think this is a problem with the product but just a function of the medium. If you are looking for something bright, easy and fun then this is great. If you are looking for traditional clay then you will find that this is a different medium.

I bought this set to make magnetic Katamari spheres. It worked well asl long as it was rolled out thin. We also made lil cousins as a gift.Fast forward TWO YEARS!I had this stored in my craft room and my kids wanted to make little sculptures.I got this out thinking it might of been dry, I was wrong.It still worked great and these little sculptures were made with all the colors.The portions are great for this. They made a good deal and this is still after I already used some for my first project.I came back to the listing and say I purchased it in May 2020! I am looking forward to buying more :)The price is great too

Its so soft and easy to use and I bought it specifically for slime and its perfect. It makes the slime soft and fluffy and it adds a nice sizzle to the slime if you let it sit for a while. The only issue I had with this was that some of the colors had little chunks of hardened clay in them but they were easy enough to take out before adding them to the slime. So if you are using it for slime just play with the clay a little bit before you put it in because you might find chunks and just take them out to make sure your slime is smooth. Also it didn't have too crazy of a smell like some clays do its still a little weird but its not very aromatic so it doesn't spread around the room. It's only if you put the slime right up to your face. Over all 10/10 am definitely buying again! Also attached a pic of some of the slimes I have made with it, oh also forgot to mention that the clay mixes with other colors really well. (So it doesn't stay separated or streaky) For example blue and red make purple without streaks or anything left behind.

That makes me happy!

So, the reason I went looking for this type of clay, is due to softclay's youtube channel. I love his pieces, and wanted to try the clay since it looked so malleable! I can assure you that this brand is exactly that! I was able to create quite a few pieces that I enjoyed making (I will be posting them soon).However, buyers should know that this is not an earthy type of clay. This clay is like a foamy play-doh. Its very light weight, so you have to take a different approach to this clay than you do to mud clays. Furthermore, if you have purchased this clay, and you notice that some of the packages have hardened slightly, dipping the clay in a bit of water and kneading it brings it back to that fluffy vitality! Also, I would recommend choosing a fast shipping option (if you can) to prevent clay melt/mold.

I was a little disappointed because I didn't realize how small these were, but that's my own fault. I'm looking into learning how to make figures and I saw suggestions saying to use air dry clay, so I bought this. It's fun to use and play around with. But I was sad that what I made ended up having lines/cracks no matter how much I tried to smooth them out with my hands or the tools provided. I'm still new to working with clay, so this could totally just be a problem with me though.

Did not receive 24 colors. Only 12 colors, 2 of each. Not a great variety of colors, had 6 bags of just pinks. However my creative 4 year old has really enjoyed playing with the clay and it has been a fun addition to our craft supplies. It's much softer and foam like than expected but while this is not to my liking, my son has found it very fun to use.

2 colors came dried out. This does dry more like a foam than clay, but that's okay it still works for what I need. This is kinda like Play-Doh when "wet" but dries like a nerf/foam ball (keep in mind).

Not quite as expected. Smaller than I thought it would be.
