This is a really fantastic product for the price point. Relatively easy to use for an old geezer though I’m still learning the software which seems exceptionally versatile.

Cheap and simple to use. App is ok but I found it a bit tricky with setting up templates.

Absolutely love this item, its changed our branding and given a true professional look. The only thing I would have to say, is the little handle to open the case to change the reel for different size labels, is so flimsy, it snapped within and hour of me having the machine. However, it can still be opened by hand, so not the end of the world and I am so busy using it, that I couldn't waste time sending it back. A thin blade, happily lifts the lid. So, can't give 5 star, which I wanted to do, as the actual results of the machine are amazing. Please change the quality of the handle

This is a revision of a previous review: "For PC use this is a nightmare. Not user friendly and when I produced something quite reasonable it stopped saving changes. Not to mention the bluetooth (which can't be disabled) which gives me a splitting sore head. It may be more user friendly on smart phone but I bought it specifically because it used on a PC. Disappointed." Whilst the above remains true; for use through my smart phone. as it's really intended, it is pretty user friendly and great value for money.

The label maker is perfect for my needs, it is easy to use and produces clear and well made label, I originally bought this so I could label my drone’s registration on it but this label maker is also great for labelling presents and items in my home too, happy to recommend it.

Came on time and surprisingly very simple to use. The app is very easy to download. I had no issues with the connection by Bluetooth via the mobile phone. Its small and very lightweight, it comes with a charge cable and a roll of printable stickers. Overall, very impressed with the unit.

This worked well for around a year until they updated something and now it glitches none stop, won't print 80% of the time and when it does the quality is now awful. It will not allow you to create a label anymore with it showing the loading icon whenever you click on something Shall be throwing this away and purchasing from a different company.

Amazing quality, honestly. Very happily surprised. I've had it for a few weeks and it's great, had no problems. Easy to use the app, I've not had any technical or connectivity issues. I do wish it could connect to more than one phone at a time (my partner and I share the device) but I can understand why that's a bit difficult. The app is a bit jank in terms of readability (you can tell it's translated from Chinese most likely) but it works and is mostly intuitive anyway. You can change a lot of settings in the app which is nice but the default works perfectly fine! You can also save your past designs as templates which is great if you want to repeat similar formatting! It also keeps your printing history so if you forget to save it you can always go back :) The sticker roll that comes with it is great! And I like that it's easy to explore other options in the future as well; clear sticker rolls, colored rolls, etc. Haven't tried others out yet but I definitely will. It's got a good adhesive and remains sticky. I even had to remove a sticker to replace it on a different object and it still stuck just fine, no problem. Really good value overall. No battery issues, I've had it on for several hours at a time and still haven't needed to charge it once yet. Typical USB-C cable so if you lose it it's also not a big deal, which is nice. It's also very fast! Unless you're printing a crazy complex picture, it's basically instant. Prints basic text-based labels the best, along with diagrams and shapes, but it's good at pictures. I'll be honest— I've mostly printed memes when I say “pictures” and it's hilariously good at it. It can only print in black and white obviously but it's kind of hilarious to see the pixelized, almost half-tone patterned versions of memes. So I have no issue with that. If anything I think it makes it better.
