This little product has a LOT of features, settings, and customizable user options. That said, they are not the most intuitive, especially given the several-dozen-page instruction booklet’s countless typos. But once you learn to interpret them, they’re easy enough to follow. Do not expect a plug-and-play product; there’s a bit of assembly and setup you’ll have to do. But all-in-all, it’s maybe 15-20 minutes altogether. Once it’s working how you want, it’s fantastic! Especially for the money when compared with those multi-colored LED ones that also function as a vinyl stand. I think this product is far superior.

It is perfectly in sync with the music, and with the included instructions it’s very easy to set up and switch between different modes. The clock setting is also simple and convenient. The build quality is solid. At first, I wasn’t sure whether to use it or not, but I ended up building a custom frame for it under my TV. My original goal was actually to cover the wall holes from a previous soundbar installation. Interestingly, the frame turned out great and even improved the overall look. Now it has a very clean and premium appearance. When the audio system is on, the spectrum display activates, and when nothing is playing it switches to clock mode. I really like it.

Better than I expected. A bit complex to operate, but once set it works well.

Very fun! Mic is a little sensitive and whether it's rock, rap or vocals - bass frequencies seem to pick up much more than high high notes. I'm sure wiring it directly would make the Analyzer more accurate but I'm not sure of the deninishing return in sound quality. Overall tho - very cool!!

I love this thing. I get my mic for it tomorrow. I didn't think the directions were all that bad. It is a lot to remember. Once you get it set it's a nice accent to my little system.

Great little miniature Spectrum Analyzer for audio. Some skills are needed to assemble because of the small parts, but it's not too difficult. There are display modes, but as other posters mentioned, the instructions are not useful; e.g., <do some action> then "press the button," without specifying which button is meant, thus you can still refer to YouTube. It should also be noted that there is a microphone, so if there's no direct audio and the unit is on, you may see it respond to noise/and or voice. Recommended for audio geeks.

I really like this, it's confusing at first to operate but once you figure that out its really cool. So many different features and options...def worth what I payed for it.

Works perfectly fine and as described. If you're looking for a vintage vacuum tube based crystal clear spectrum analyzer for music frequency details, go for it. Five stars for its operational accuracy 💯, charming music enhancement and controlled menu options.
