Review: I think they work well. Best pill out there. - Anemic. No longer craving ice, my hip stopped hurting, more tolerant to heat, heart rate not as high (low iron affects so much). I get my levels tested at the end of August so I'm crossing my fingers!! I don't like the burps which happens sometimes and sometimes it does upset my stomach, but what people need to realize is that these are still better than all the OTHER pills! I definitely don't want infusions. Take with food if you must, just don't take it with anything containing calcium. If you're constipated, try Mag07--a gentle way to go, also available on desertcart. If my results show no improvement, I'll update and remove stars. If I have crazy insane improvement, I'll post a screenshot of my labs. :)

Anemic. No longer craving ice, my hip stopped hurting, more tolerant to heat, heart rate not as high (low iron affects so much). This has been effective for me. The brand was recommended to me by my doctor since this has both iron and Vitamin C, with the latter necessary to boost bioavailability of the iron. As with any high-dose iron supplement, I did experience some stomach upset and the dreaded burps, but both were very manageable, and decreased in intensity after a couple of weeks as I became more acclimated to it. A god value for the price, and I'm pleased with the results. 5 stars.
