My older meter is not auto-ranging and doesn't have some of the additional feature of this meter such as current and temperature. I wanted this to be a replacement.The meter works very well. Appears to be accurate tho' I admit have no way to measure other than comparing it to my old meter.I'm generally happy with it except for a couple of issues - it doesn't have a stand and I use that frequently so I will keep the old meter. The lead connections are not marked - just remember red is right.A complaint I have with essentially all meters is they are not provided with alligator clips on the leads. Amazon has several different affordable add-on leads so it isn't a big deal.I included several manual pages so you can see what the instructions are like.All-in-all I think this was a good purchase.

I should have purchased a clamp style meter years ago but am glad to get this now. Everything comes in a nice zippered canvas style carry case, and a good instruction booklet is included. The device is intuitive and simple to use.This is a very versatile device and will do much more than I will ever use it for. My main uses are checking for live wiring/outlets and then checking the voltage on newly installed outlets or outlets with suspected problems. For all of these uses, this device excels. The auto-sensing function is relatively intelligent and makes operation even simpler.The meter uses two included AA batteries, which I prefer to having an internal rechargeable battery. The meter turns itself off if unused, so no issues with battery life.The display is easy to read... the unit is lightweight and comfortable to hold... no complaints.

Ammeter didn't work at all, neither did the non-contact voltage detection. Temperature sensor was sort of accurate, but boiling water only registered at 206 degrees. My unit arrived with some sort of defect,m perhaps, there is a rattling sound inside when you jiggle it. The Voltage meter was as accurate as my Fluke meter, so if you only want a good Volt meter, this is fine. If you want the other features, skip this one.

cette pince ampèremétrique est très bien pour bricoler à la maison. Elle est petite et du coup ne prend pas de place dans la boite à outils. De plus, elle a un mode auto qui fonctionne très bien. Elle détecte la tension alternative ou continue. La fonction pince ampèremétrique fonctionne très bien. On peut assez allumer une petite lumière sur la led pour voir mieux. Elle a une assez bonne précision. Je la trouve très bien pour mes travaux à la maison.

Ich bin von der Strommesszange doch positiv überrascht. Die Haptik und Messgenauigkeit ist gut, verglichen mit meiner alten China-Strommesszange. Ein unerlässlicher Helfer bei der Fehlersuche im PV-Bereich. Es sind im Lieferumfang sogar Batterien dabei. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

En tant que bricoleur régulier, j’ai choisi ce testeur pour la pince, équipement que je n’avais pas jusqu’à maintenant.📦 Packaging 📦 Le blister est robuste et bien conçu, on y retrouve les différents accessoires et la housse💚 Ce que j’apprécie 💚💚 La facilité d’utilisation et la précision des mesures avec les connecteurs classiques.💚 La fonction de détection de fil sous tension de la pince, très utile pour travailler en toute sécurité (elle m’a déjà protégé une fois ou deux alors que je n’avais pas coupé le bon circuit).💚 L’écran LCD rétro-éclairé, facilitant la lecture des valeurs même dans des endroits faiblement éclairés (ce qui est étonnamment le cas quand on coupe le courant).⚠️ Ce que je regrette ⚠️⚠️ Les valeurs de la pince sont assez aléatoires, je m’en sers plus pour savoir si oui ou non il y a du courant.En conclusion, cette pince est un outil complémentaire pour tout électricien débutant. Sa précision ne vaudra sûrement pas du matériel professionnel, mais elle pourra être utile dans la trousse à outils de la maison.
