Tender black pepper seasoned jerky
This jerky tasted great. It is quite tender and not chewy, at least the bag I got. Although it's wagyu supposedly (not authentic Japanese wagyu), I couldn't really tell. It tasted like just regular beef jerky although well seasoned. The black pepper gave it a nice amount of spice and made it very satisfying to eat.

Tough to chew
If you leave it long enough in your mouth, it softens up a bit and its not so tough. Still, good tasting jerky.

I love Wagyu and purchase else where. This is hard to chew. Not Soft and chewable. I wont buy gain.

it is very very dry, makes my mouth tired from chewing it, but overall the taste is alright
