Great for working on accelerations with sprints, and also easy to use. Great resistance

Perfect for resistance training
This was bought to aid building strength and acceleration for Rugby Union. It’s well made but fairly heavy, however this doesn’t effect its use.All in all appears a decent product.

Good fun while you workout. Harder than it looks.

Used for swim training
Bought this because it was the only bungee I could get quick and was far cheaoper than the other swim bungees currently on Amazon. It's for running so will use it for that but we used it for swimming in a 4mx2m pool. Rigged up a hook at one end and this worked a treat.

You need this for your workouts!
Fantastic bit of kit for my bootcamps! Makes for a tough workout and is the the hated station!! Which means it works! High recommend it

OK but Not great
ProsThe bag in which the product comes in is goodResistance band is good and well madeNegativesThe belt is cheap quality and is not that suitable for training could do with some coating on the inside of the belt not just webbing.The workout instructions are not for the product, give some basic agility drills with cones but nothing to do with using the item.Overall I have used other products that are better made than this, the only things that let it down are the belts and attachments.

Meets my expectation fully
During our first few practices, the cord worked just as we expected. The pleasant surprise was that there are two belts, a simple one that uses a buckle, and a wider and more comfortable one that has a touch fastener. I didn't recognize that from the pictures on the web.
