I got these for an upcoming surgery that I am having, and I know I can't wear my metal nose studs. I took out my stud, and put one of these in.....WOW!! Comfort level is superior to the metal I had in there, I can't even feel it, and hubby said he can't tell it's in there unless he looks for it. It went in easily, and fits nicely, without any discomfort. They come in a sealed package that you tear open, and there is a small pouch inside with the studs in it. I received all 10. Picture shows 9 because I am wearing one. The end on the outside is flat, so it is flush with your skin, and doesn't stick up. It does not draw attention to the clear stud. It keeps your piercing open so it doesn't close up from not having anything in it. The shaft of the stud isn't too long in my opinion, and I have not noticed it sticking out, but mine is going towards the back. I think these will last a good while, if you take care of them. They are hard to see on a light counter, so maybe if you are putting them on something light, have something dark to put the stud on. They are nearly invisible. I think it's great you get quite a few of these studs as well, incase you lose one or it falls out. I haven't had mine move at all and I've had it in for a few days. It's a great value...not too expensive, and you get 10. If you are looking for a clear, flat nose stud for sports or surgery, or if you need it for work, these are great to have and are so comfortable. You don't even feel like you have anything in your piercing, which is fantastic! These are a must have!!

These are really great and come in handy if you have to have surgery. They are durable and flexible. They are clear so no one can really see them. They are L shape which I am okay with to just pop in and out. Even if you just want to pop one in if you don’t feel like showing off your nose jewelry one day or if you have a really important meeting or family gathering. To each their own! These come in handy for all of that! I definitely recommend.
