Poor build quality, but technically functional
Internal diameter is larger than necessary, these will wobble and be a pain to fit on a 1" bar. The plastic coating is smooth and slippery, the weights will spin even when locked down unless you sand the contact points rough. You really shouldn't get these without also getting some washers and/or spacers to mitigate the poor build quality, at which point, you could just spend that money on fixing these on higher quality plates.

Arrived fairly promptly and were 10kg weight plates, as you would expect, if you ordered 10 kg weight plates.
