I purchased the Portronics Dash 7 Wireless Microphone with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The device is not connecting to my Oppo A52 at all, despite multiple attempts. I also tried connecting it to my iPhone 13 using an OTG connector, but that also did not work. I even contacted Portronics customer support for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue or provide a working solution. On top of that, I am now facing serious difficulty in getting a replacement. The company is asking me to contact Amazon, while Amazon customer care is not providing proper support for exchange or replacement. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product due to poor compatibility, lack of technical support, and unsatisfactory after-sales service.
