Transformers Vol. 2: Transport to Oblivion

The Energon Universe series is amazing. Really enjoy reading it. Not sure why Megatron looks so frumpy on the cover 🤣 Too much energon?

I know this is a product review, so I gave it 5 stars because the comic itself is awesome. I started reading a while ago when it first became published via the issues, but then fell behind and decided to buy the volumes instead. Really enjoy the story and the art (although I do find the odd panel is confusing to understand, but there's so much the artist has to cram in), but then I love anything Transformers, just gimme more. The thing I will complain about is the lack of protective covering it was sent in. It arrived in a cardboard envelope, one side of which was wet through, and the comic itself was just bare inside, not even in a plastic sleeve. I was lucky the water had not done any damage. Especially since the doorbell cam recorded the delivery driver literally dropping it on the wet porch step. We were in, so it didn't have to sit there for very long. But c'mon - treat this comic with some respect, put it in something waterproof. Someone else might not be so lucky.

The graphic novel was in excellent condition! As for the Energon Universe Transfromers... it continues to deliver pulse(circuit)-pounding action with many unexpected plot developments. A great addition to the ongoing saga.

amazing follow up making you want more this the best transformers content in a long while it's good for fans or those wanted to see what the transforming robots are all about of course buy the first volume first

Love the tension in this comic! Had to put it down a few times with how mad I was at a certain character. A good read coming in from the first to the second volume. Can't wait for the third to arrive!

Great follow up to the first book. Nice to see Optimus make some difficult decisions. Fully invested in the Everton universe now.

This could be so much better but I find it frustrating that occasionally I don't know what's happening, or rather, something happens but is not obvious from the text or pics. I have this complaint with volume 1 as well. I'm new to the Transformers but it feels like it's bad writing. In nearly 50 years of reading comics I have this complaint with relatively few comics..
