I didn't know what to expect. The first one i got didn't spray water. I did an easy exchange and the second one performs as it should. And it does a good job! Make sure to dry mop any outside windows first before using sprayer as it will just make mud and smear it. Instructions say to do that. You do need to switch out the pads every few windows. The bottom one is the wet one and it will cause slippage if it's too wet. Really nice that they give you two extra wheels and 8 extra pads. If you have a ton of windows, they sell extra pads. Usually they say not to clean windows in bright sun as they will streak. I cleaned them in the sunniest day i could find to see what would happen. No streaks and really clean! PROS: -Easy to setup and use -Very thorough cleaning -Doesn't miss any spots -No streaks (unless you don't follow instructions!) CONS: -A little noisy, but who cares? It's cleaning my windows!! -Has a hard time navigating around window locks but it figures it out -Suction starts to slip a little off you don't give it a rest. Maybe it gets a little hot? I did 9 windows and two sliding glass doors (inside and out) and it was perfect. I unplugged to move to front of house and noticed the plug unit was a little warm. Started it up on the picture window and it slipped slightly and didn't clean whole window. I let it cool down 30 minutes and tried again and it was perfect. -Every time you turn it off to move it to another window, the spray function turns back on so if you're dry mopping, you have to remember to turn it off manually for each window. Overall, really amazing. Hope it lasts as it really is a huge help to me.

I do not usually write reviews! However, this is such an amazing product. My windows are extremely clean both inside and out. I hate when my windows are dirty. I've used it twice in 3- months and I'm loving it.

This is a great product for the price. I have used it on 17 windows so far and it has not failed. The bottom pad is the wet one and on the last two windows it left a wet ring, no big deal I just used a microfiber cloth and wiped it. It is easy to use, no drips, and while it is doing the windows I am able to do other things. I don't mind the noise but if you have napping kids it might be a little loud. I only gave it 4 stars as the cord and safety rope are cumbersome and the water reservoir level is hard to see when filling. Overall, I love this!

I have severe arthritis so I was really excited about this. I tried right away inside and it worked really well. It's well built & not too too loud. I was happy. But I waited till now, after rainy hurricane season in South Florida, to do outside. It's nearly useless for outside in my situation. I didn't realize the gaskets on the outside of windows have a 45 degree slant so it falls off on the bottom run every time. Yes. It has the protective cord to save it from complete disaster but I'm still hand washing the bottoms of the windows. I knew I'd have to deal with extention cords & go in and out of house for first dry run then change the microfiber (which is difficult for me) to do final clean run. But I'm not done after that. I still have to hand wash the bottoms on every window. It would have been easier to just bring a bucket & squeegy out. I'd have been done by now. I'm really bummed that it's not easier afterall. I went from being ecstatic thinking I found an easy solution to feeling like I want to cry for wasting my time & money and having a bigger job. Guess when return window ended? Yesterday! 😮‍💨

Good but noisy

This thing is great! I got it because I have a lot of really tall, long windows that would be very difficult to wash by hand. I don't have to use the anchor clip indoors, just when I'm cleaning the outside as I'm in a high rise building. The suction is incredible. It's really fascinating how it stays on the windows and mirrors without falling off. Read the instructions. They know what they're talking about when they tell you to clean in dry mode first. The unit automatically reverts to wet mode every time you turn it on. I use the remote to switch it to dry. This avoids streaking on the outside of windows that tend to get really dirty. It's not as loud as I thought it would be. I'm not afraid of my neighbos hearing it in the day time. I put it on the windows and walk away. When I hear it stop, I move it to the next window. It's really easy to use and comes with some extra pads. I bought another set of extra pads so that when they get dirty, I can't just switch to clean pads and keep going. I wash them out by hand in the sink and throw them in the dryer, on med/low with a towel for 30 mins. The cord is extremely long so I don't need an extension cord to keep it plugged in. You do have to babysit the unit a bit as it has to be moved and changed but it's still great and easy. The corners don't always get cleaned. Just the tiny little bit in the corner. I don't care. I love it.

Works well and will use in between my housekeeper visits for window behind my kitchen sink which always gets splashes.

I used this on my glass shower, I know it's not the intended purpose but, eh. Works great though! Loud as hell, although maybe it's because we were in the bathroom, and it was in a glass box, but kept wanting to leave the room. Tying it down felt a little difficult, but my location of choice didn't help. Set up was easy, it says to put water inside only, but I sprayed the glass with a glass cleaner and let it go over, it went well! I'd do it in halves next time, so the cleaner doesn't dry halfway through. I do like this thing, but I feel like it would be better for doing the outside of the windows like intended. Still got me pretty far in the shower-cleaning after a long time of neglect, so I can't complain.

I have a Lefant robot vacuum cleaner for my floors. I Love it. So.. I decided to try a window robot. My neighbour has one and highly recommended it. I have large French doors to my balconey as well as 4 other sets of windows. Cleaning the French doors has always been a hassle because of their height. This little machine really works. The remote is responsive and connects immediately. I followed the advise to do a dry clean first on the French Doors. Using the remote, the robot mapped the doors then did an entire clean. Getting it attached was easy and the directions are clear. To be on the safe side I watched a Youtube video as well. Then I added the distilled water to the reservoir and set Auto squirt to do the second round. The unit comes with 3 sets of cleaning pads. They are washable so no need to buy a lot of extras. There is also a safety robe to attach it to the inside if cleaning windows that are high up. CONS: The squirting power is not great with tiny infrequent blips of water. You can also use the remote to do a manual squirt. My one piece of advice is to spray a light mist of vinegar and water solution on the windows when doing the actual second run. I don't recommend adding this solution to the water reservoir. All in all I am pleased. I have christened it Willie my window washer.
