I am very pleased with the look of the toaster and kettle but a little dissapointed with the loudness of the kettle. the toaster is great.

Good value, look very nice

Amazing set and i bought the microwave to match my only problem was the delivery of this set got marked as delivered when it didn’t which really got on my nerves as i wanted it all together. I got a new one sent out no problem as customer service was amazing but I wasn’t impressed as I wanted it on a certain day . I really lovely set tho and definitely worth the price.

Good kettle, if a little loud. The toaster takes far too long. It also seems a little cheaply made for the price. On full power I need to allow several minutes for the bread to brown, sometimes a second time to get it well toasted. It takes a lot longer than our older toaster. Maybe we received a poor unit, the same applies to both the left side and the right side of the toaster. It's a little better for bagels and thicker breads, but for a normal sliced pan it is very slow to toast it, the heating elements may be not close enough to brown normal bread effectively. This is compared to our previous toaster, which cost half the price. It's not terrible, but it's not something I'd recommend at the price point. Both devices look nice but that's not enough.

I bought this product on the Australian site but the it came from the UK so I had to get an electrician to change the Uk plug to an Australian one.
