This is a great training aid for at home.Easily assembled.Powder coated steele construction..The bar is constructed of quality fibre glass and wood laminate giving a real in the gym feel.Bar height is 90cm to 150cm approx 12 height settings.Mat is not included in this sale but we do sell them in our shop.Great for upper body strengthening,kip ups,hip circles.This is our junior adjustable bar we also stock a fixed mini bar in our shop. Weight limit approx 70 kilos age depends on height of child.
