My wife does a LOT of card making and uses her die cutters almost daily. She has a larger motorized one, a smaller hand crank one and now this "Goldilocks" Kokorosa that is just right for her. She loves this machine and how smooth it operates. It is a bit heavy, but that's what makes it sturdy and more stable. My wife is very pleased with this machine, and it has become her first choice among her die cutters.

I've used this for a few months and it worked well. The acrylic plates need to be replaced and no plate combo that I've purchased work like the plates that came with the original.Does this seller or could this seller offer to sell plates in appropriate thickness to fit this cutter? If not, I'm going to need to start over and purchase another new cutter.

I ended up using this cutter for a different purpose: permanently bonding multi-layer vinyl stickers. And it excels at that. A few extra sheets of copy paper to increase the pressure and the layers refuse to budge.As a die cutter, its intended purpose, it works quite well. Cuts are clean and damage to the underlying plate is minimal, so they should last quite a while.The rollers are sturdy and grab the embossing/cutting package tightly.The base plate has enough flex that nothing gets crushed during a cut operation.The dies that come with the package are a good example and are nice and sharp.My only wish is that it also included an example embossing folder.
