That certainly makes me about as confident in their products as any supplement company I've ever encountered. When we're swallowing pills to hopefully make/keep us healthy, confidence in the content and quality is paramount.This product is somewhat unique; I don't think I've ever seen such a high dosage of magnesium. Each "serving" of four capsules contains 480 mg of elemental magnesium, coupled with 3,200 mg of the amino acid glycine, in the form of 3,680 mg of magnesium glycinate.Note that many magnesium supplements quote the amount of the magnesium compound, NOT the actual amount of elemental magnesium that contains. So they might say 420 mg of magnesium such-and-such, but that might only contain 50-100 mg of actual magnesium molecules.So my only issue with this product, and it's not a negative, just a caution: this is a lot of magnesium! Depending on your dietary needs, this might be too much! But if that's the case, absolutely no worries: the serving size listed is 4 capsules. So you can easily adjust the amount of magnesium you ingest by adjusting the number of capsules you take daily. Magnesium glycinate is one of the more readily absorbed forms of magnesium, and has little to no laxative effects, so you can take it without digestive worries. Item arrived with pills open and powder all over the package (bottle). It is not refundable or replaceable. Incredible! I like the products from this company and never had an issue until today. It's unfortunate.
