This is loud but to be expected. It works well for my purposes (cleaning manicure tools after use). I do have to soak some of my efile bits in acetone prior to adding as the cavitation offered by this unit isn't adequate when gel gets embedded in the teeth of some bits, but that's not a huge concern, nor does it take that long to do. I also appreciate the manual features and the fact it's mostly constructed of metal.

Easy to use, does a good job cleaning old metal parts from sewing machines. Two things I would have liked: a drain hose would be a good addition because I keep it on a shelf over the sink, and the heat control does not turn off unless the unit is actually fully turned off or unplugged. It does not seem to be attached to the timer. Otherwise it is good.

Very simple device. Plug and play, no muss no fuss, just great results. I should have bought one a long time ago. Works with all kinds of solutions, dish soap or other mild cleaners. Highly recommend !!!

Ran for about 5 minutes made a loud pop and smoked

I first purchased the Vevor but I did have a small issues with the product, then their support was not very helpful. I decided not to deal with them so I had some pre purchase questions from onezili and they were very responsive. After receiving my product they reached out to ensure all was good. I use this thing a couple times a week. I love it. It can remove years of dirt and grime. I’ve found a solution of water and some dawn is usually sufficient to do the job, but depending on what I’m cleaning, I may add something else like borax or windex. I’ve read that it is safe to use with Evaporust, I haven’t tried that yet but I have some old rusted tools that I’m excited to try it out on.It is a bit loud, but I have it set up in a somewhat secluded spot and I put a towel over it to help dampen the noise. The heat makes a huge difference, but be careful! Not all items can handle the heat. I ruined a couple pairs of (fairly cheap) sunglasses, and some other items by making the solution too hot. If you’re unsure, start on a very low heat setting and increase if needed.
