Pour water from the kettle into the container or remove pot from the heat source {Wait about 3-5 secs}3. Hold the mouthpiece using the plastic handle (make sure to be aware of its upright position.4. Place the mouthpiece in the boiled water for (35) seconds. The mouthpiece will appear clear and the plastic will be soft (turn slowly do not swish in water). DO Not exceed 40secs5. Place the mouthpiece into your mouth (make sure it is the right side up), still holding it by the plastic handle.6. Move your lower jaw forward and bite down hard. Suck the air out and use your fingers to push the plastic against your teeth to product a firm custom-molded fit. Use your tongue to push from the other side. (Push up and forward with the tongue.7. Remove the mouthpiece and hold it in cold water to set the shape.8. Remove the plastic handle from the mouthpiece.9. If you do not stop snoring completely , remove with lower jaw extended alittle further forward.* It may take a few nights to get used to using with a sax mouthpiece.

It stops my snoring but it's kinda annoying

Comfortable and has significantly reduced snoring. One improvement suggestion...extend the sides a bit to capture the molars.

Works well at holding my lower jaw forward. The plastic did not mold as tightly as I had hope, so there is considerable slippage. I may not have processed the piece correctly. Overall, very pleased.

It’s decent, but painful to wear if you’re actually grinding, as the plastic is very solid and doesn’t conform perfectly to your teeth.It stops your teeth from damaging each other, but personally my teeth ached from just wearing it for part of each night.Very bulky - I tried using it for over a week but spit it out in my sleep every time.

I used this night guard to protect my teeth from grinding against each other in my sleep. It definitely helps with that, and I have less headaches due to my bruxism since wearing this guard. I do find that I take it out by the early morning as it takes some getting used to, but I am wearing it longer and longer each night. It is easy to use, and the price is great for the product!

This worked for me. You need to read the instructions clearly. Make sure to leave the blue stick/handle inside the front so that you can have a little hole to breathe through. You drop it in the boiling water for 10-15 seconds and then let it cool for a second before you put it in your mouth. you can repeat this as many times as needed until it is the right fit.

Didnt work for me. Too much in front of teeth for comfort for me.

Great product, I love the case it comes with and the removable handle stick/thing. The whole in the centre (where the removable stick goes) is great for mouth breathers who still want a guard. I like how thick the plastic is in between the top/bottom teeth, but it’s a little thick on the outside so my lips feel really far away from my teeth. Also, I don’t like having to push the stick so far into the guard so the entire thing fits into the case so it closes.
