Perfect fit
This sub looks and sounds great. It was easy to set up and adjust the levels to fit the needs in my room. There is no rattling, just clean bass.

The subwoofer arrived with a slightly scratched knob on the back, but it wasn’t a major concern. Overall, the build quality is impressive, featuring a sleek gloss finish. It’s a sealed unit, and the woofer is protected by a cloth grille, which adds a nice touch. Setting it up via the KEF Connect app was a bit confusing at first. The default settings recommended by KEF produced a sound that felt flat and lacked some umph. After some manual tweaking, though, the sound improved significantly especially with rock music, where it really shines. This sub isn’t designed for bass heads chasing earth-shaking lows, but it delivers clean, distortion-free bass that complements the music well. One minor quirk: at low volumes, the sub occasionally fails to wake from standby. It’s a small inconvenience, but not a dealbreaker.

A high quality sub offering from KEF
This sub connects to my pair of KEF lsx ii without a hitch. The addition really enhances the performance of the LSX ii. We use both for music as well as home theater via e-arc to the LSXii. This sub adds a smooth bottom end with coating a torture. Highly recommend!!
