I fully intend to come back to this review to add details and pics (it's almost midnight and mama's tired) but I wanted to let everyone quickly know that this blanket is LIFE! I haven't had a full blown panic attack since I was 21 years old, but I do have a lot of anxiety (who doesn't these days). And although that has absolutely nothing to do with why I wanted this blanket in the first place, I've noticed that this blanket makes me feel grounded, it brings me back to "me" instead of "crazy me" with my mind whirring at 100 mph over all the hectic chaos that life can sometimes be. I'm serious! Before I go I want to quickly add that you don't have to be an anxiety sufferer to love this blanket, you don't have to have any disorders or conditions to benefit from this blanket either. This blanket is perfect for EVERYONE. For the person with autism craving pressure. For the person with adhd who needs to slow down. For the mother about to lose her sh*t who needs a chill pill. For the father tired after a long day of making ends meet who just wants to relax for a moment....for the kid up the street, for the mailman, for the pizza delivery guy.... It doesn't matter who you are or what you suffer from (if anything) this blanket will make you feel GOOD. And in buying this particular blanket not only will you receive second to none customer service and a seriously superior product, you're also helping them donate to a good cause. Do yourself a favor and splurge on yourself, you deserve it and you won't be disappointed.**will update very soon with pics and more product details!!UPDATE: so I've had this adult size Huggaroo for a good long while now and I still use it every single solitary day/night, summer humidity be dam*ed. I have 5 kids, so this baby has been put through the ringer and it still looks and feels like it did the day I got it (unlike it's poor owner, who looks exactly like you'd expect a parent of 5 kids to look like). The pics are from today and as you can see the actual gravity blanket is still white as snow because the minky grey cover does its job. Most importantly, none of the weighted beads have shifted. Shifting beads go hand in hand with quality, so the fact that this hasn't happened is a testament to the effort and care that Huggaroo put into creating my blanket. My ASD son still uses his child size Huggarroo as well, and when I say "still uses" I mean before I knew it that blanket had become his security "self soothing aid" blanket. When we sense an episode coming on (a tantrum X 10) we yell "get his tools" which means bring me his bottle and that blanket STAT! My wish when I got the adult size weighted blanket was to have something to cuddle under with my 5 kids (which it IS big enough for). I won't bore anyone reading this with my mushy memories but I will say that I have memories w/my children that will last me a lifetime and some of them involve this Huggaroo weighted blanket.*Side note: I take my ASD son to THEE most respected pediatric neurologists in MD every month and one of the neurologists recently took a pic of the tag on my sons blanket so he could get one for his office too. That's kind of a big deal.**in conclusion to that mile long review, yes I'd recomend this product :)

For as long as I can remember I have tossed and turned all night. I had tried everything to no avail. My husband bought this for me as a mother's day gift and since then I have enjoyed my sleep so much more. There have been one or two night total since that I have still had a difficult time sleeping but, it's likely to have been high stress levels as well. Either way, I am very satisfied with this blanket.

Bought blankets for two of our sons for Christmas. One son is living with Bipolar and does not sleep well and the other son is a vetern is living with PTSD from his time overseas seving our country. Both sons raved about how great they slept with the blanket from night one.

I cannot say enough positive things about this Huggaroo Premium Adult Weighted Blanket. It is very well made, high quality, and and I love the grey color that I ordered. While I used to toss and turn and had a hard time sleeping the entire night, this weighted blanket is very comforting and helps me to relax and sleep more soundly. The material is extremely soft and the sturdy interior ties secure the inner quilt excellently. I highly recommend this product!

I LOVE this blanket. It not only helps me feel calm and reduce the racing thoughts I often have as I try to fall asleep, it also helps to keep me in one position. I have been trying to sleep on my back to help alleviate hip pain from an injury, but as a natural side sleeper, I always wake up (in pain) on my side. The first night I used this blanket I slept like a dream and stayed on my back all night! I highly recommend it!

Very soft outer covering. Allow yourself 15-20 minutes to get the inner weighted blanket inserted into the covering and tied properly so the blanket won’t detach from the covering during sleep. (Ingenious design, just takes a little time to set up.) The main concern after initial use is that the internal granular weights shift around a fair amount during the night. You can always rebalance this in the morning, but so far it has meant that there is more weight towards the bottom of the bed/blanket as the night goes on. This would be my only hesitation in buying this item again.

Only used it twice to sleep so far, but I see an improvement in my anxiety and how well I’ve slept since getting it. Super easy to set up, and the material is so cozy! Would def recommend!

Lovely plush fabric with choice of a smooth side and a bobbly side. The only gripe I have is that it could do with more tags to secure the top cover on as it doesn’t seem to fit that well inside the cover.

Looked for a blanket for a while. This is brilliant good quality and cover is really soft. I have nead and fnd so this is great for after my seizures. Best thing I've ever owned
