Was very disappointed..
Was shocked to find this was so so small. When my Pilates class saw it they all burst out laughing.Only suitable to place on top of a thicker block if someone is particularly Kyphotic......Was very disappointed.....:(

Really small item, when I saw it in the box I thought it had to be inflated haha! Anyway, if like me, you've used the full size version in your Pilates class this will not cut the mustard. I don't think it should be called a head block, it's more like one of those kitchen pads you put under a hot pan to protect the worktop.
