on this scotts 190567 do you have to hold a button to spray continually or does it do it automatically

You push a button to turn the electric pump on, and it keeps running as necessary to maintain proper spraying pressure. However, it only sprays when you depress the handle on the nozzle wand. If you’re asking if there is a way to keep the spray nozzle “on,” all the time so you don’t have to hold the handle down, I’m not sure. I don’t see a way to lock it on, but that doesn’t mean there’s not something I missed.

Can this sprayer be used for concrete cleaning solutions and sealers?

If the solution is not too thick. Needs to be very liquid. Works well for spraying herbicide.

Is it water resistant? Will rain destroy it if I leave it on trailer?

Take off the battery and strap if you need to leave it on a trailer. The battery is not water resistance. It has the battery light button and charging port that water will get into.
