Serves the purpose. I got a great deal. Spring is good and lock mechanism works fine. Light weight yet sturdy. Size is good for my palm, not heavy, easy to use. Made of good steel seems will not rust easily, still I apply little machine oil on it.

Does the job
The handles are shorter than previous ones I have bought from Amazon - they are made for a small hand, and fit the user's hand perfectly - so, in this case, it worked splendidly. And, the blades are good.

Poor quality metal
Got damaged in first use while cutting my rose plant with it. It's sharp and good size for small plants, but quality of the edge seems doubtful
