Easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I can't say that it was the capsules because I made major changes to my diet as wellz eating only while foods no processed. But I'm feeling more energized and starting to shed the pounds.

Because I am needing to return to health after a few health scares, I found I needed a little extra energy to get through the workouts. I like the mixture of ingredients and ease of taking these tabs. I got these to help reduce the number of pills I usually take and these are perfect. They have the ingredients I am looking for and I like the quality. Very good product for its use.

This order came with 60 “fat-burning” capsules.So, I haven’t taken these long enough to say whether they lead to fat loss, but I can tell you I felt the boost in my energy levels from the first time I took these. With 300mg of caffeine and green tea, you’ll feel a lot of things. I am alert, responsive and present when I use this. I also don’t experience any sort of crash or jitters. The capsules are standard size but still easy to swallow. They DO have a mild pepper flavor, likely due to that being part of the ingredients. I recommend these for an energy boost.

These seem to work, The ingredients are mostly natural normal things, like pepper and ginger. It does have a faint peppery taste, but it is not hot or spicy. There is not much smell to them, and they go down easily. I take it with meals, I'm not trying to get heartburn. I like that they can be adjusted taking 1 to 3 capsules per day. I have noticed a bit of a difference, like it is boosting my metabolism making it slightly easier to loose weight, though I still do watch my diet and stay active. I also like that I have not noticed anything like my heart racing or feeling flush.

About the most I can say for these is I do feel the energy boost, and so far no side effects...was concerned would cause racing heart and BP spike.Weight loss impact seems hard to gauge...I am more active but diet is about same and weight is changing about as normal up/down.

Okay, so I'm not sure about the weight loss claim, but I have detected a boost in energy after taking these for a solid week. There's a certain "alertness" and clarity that may be attributable to these supplements, however - as is the case for many supplements like this - it's hard to tell. There are many factors that may also contribute to my increase in energy, but absent a controlled study, I can't say for sure.And that may, indeed, be the point. These are supplements - they are designed to help you on your weight loss journey, not BECOME your weight loss journey. The increase in energy is essential to taking the necessary steps to facilitate that journey.With that in mind, these capsules - odorless and non-jittering - are a welcome addition to my fitness routine!

This has quite a bit of caffeine. Do not take this anywhere near bedtime. 300mg per 2 pills which is about 100mg more than the pre-workout drink I typically take.Even with all the caffeine, it doesn't seem to cause any jitters. I can definitely feel when it kicks in, though.Easy pill to swallow without any aftertaste or "burping up" weird flavors. Time will tell if there is any weight loss associated with it, but the ingredients seem solid.Price is similar to buying a pre-workout drink with no need to mix. Just knock down a couple pills and head to your workout.I'm feeling good about this product overall.
