Take them to your local party store to be inflated or you can inflate them yourself by purchasing a helium tank. Helium tanks can be found at Target, Walmart, and any craft stores or specialty balloon stores. **PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN FILL WITH REGULAR AIR OR HELIUM. IF YOU FILL WITH REGULAR AIR, THE BALLOON WILL NOT FLOAT. This is best used for balloons going on a garland, wall decor, or even the floor. HOW LONG WILL THEY FLOAT? Approximately 6-12 hours. Using premium helium vs a cheaper helium will make a difference. Float time will vary due to weather and conditions also. The confetti weighs down the balloon so they will not last as long as a regular latex balloon. THE PHOTO SHOWS A CLEAR BALLOON, BUT MY BALLOONS ARE CREAMY. HELP! Clear latex balloons are creamy colour before they are inflated. When inflated to the correct size they will be a little misty before becoming transparent. HOW DO I GET THE CONFETTI TO STICK TO THE SIDES?For best results, fill the balloon with a few puffs of air and then 90% helium. If you are just filling with helium, the confetti will pile at the bottom. The balloons will need static to stick to the side of the balloon. Static can be created by rubbing the inflated balloon on the carpet or your clothing.
