Good cheap 16AWG cable. Perfect for LED bulbs.
Worked great on my landscape lighting installation.I used to install landscape lighting about 15 years ago when I was in high school, and at that time 12AWG and 14AWG is the only cable we used for halogen bulbs. Longer cable runs (100 feet or so) would create a noticeable voltage drop, and you'd have to compenstate with a higher voltage tap on the transformer in order to get uniform light brightness across the whole light installation. This is a problem of the past. Today with LED lights and bulbs, you don't have to worry about it. 16AWG or 18AWG is plenty for the small power draw LED bulbs, and good LED bulbs have built-in voltage regulation which gives it the same brightness whether its gettting 11.8 or 13.8 volts.I installed 12 landscape lights with LED bulbs, and the entire system draws less than 50 watts. No noticeable voltage drop from this "small" 16AWG cable. Spend extra money on good LED bulbs and save that same money on cable! No need for 12AWG cable nowadays. This 16AWG is PLENTY for any LED landscape installation.

This product has just a right amount of length for a little homeowner project. Nothing super surprising here, why is good quality and lines are decently marked.

Check the length before starting your project!!!!!
UPDATE: the seller contacted us and the customer service was outstanding. They took care of the problem extremely fast. Changed rating to 5 stars.Should have checked product before use. Product arrive on time and was packaged as shown. However we made the mistake of starting our project without checking the total length of the cable. We needed two runs of 47' and 50' so we cut the cable to the 47' and went to work on the landscape lights....... all went fine. The next day we laid the cable in the trench and it was short. To our amazement the cable left measured 43'- 4" almost 10'-0" short. We had to find more cable locally drive to get it and buy additional materials to make a splice which extended the time considerably to complete the project. We were lucky and after the gentleman at the store heard our story he gave us a cut off he had of about 7' which was just perfect. Buyer beware MEASURE the total length of this product if your lengths are critical as you might be short like we were.
