Good for more than just the lady bits.
I got the 2 count hot and cold pads. Thought I should mention that, since most of these reviews are for the bottles so far.I've been looking for something to put on my forehead. I'm way beyond post partum. My kid is pushing 30. I'm just looking for the perfect cold pack for cooling a fever, easing a headache, or just to relax with. This seems to be the perfect size and shape for my needs. They don't get too hard when cold and feel nice on my forehead. They stay cool for a decent amount of time, around 20 minutes (each) for me but I'm sure it depends on how cold you make them. Reeeeally good for a headache. They are made of a nice sturdy material and I may be just a little obsessed with the pretty little balls.

Great quality
These ice pads are made very well. The exterior is easy to wipe down and keep clean. I was able to wash it in the sink with dishwashing soap upon initial use. It gets frozen in about two hours. It also stays frozen/cold for about an hour. Because of the wider size, I am able to use it on other parts of my body when needed. Since there are two in a pack, I can switch in between the two so that I have extended relief. These are absolutely great, and would highly recommend it for anyone postpartum, or even for other uses.

No covers for ice packs
These are nice ice packs. I originally got them for postpartum use, but there are not reusable covers included (or non reusable covers for that matter, lol). To be fair, the listing does not say that you would receive anything other than the two ice packs. It does, however, indicate that this product would be good for postpartum use. I think it is worth mentioning that you probably wouldn't want to use this for that purpose without a covering of some sort.Because of that, we will just be using these as regular ice packs. The gel beads are nice and squishy and the packs themselves freeze pretty quickly - only takes a few hours.

Perfect for sinus headaches and sore knees
I bought these hot/cold pads to use for my frequent sinus headaches. I had been using hot wash cloths, but it took longer to get the tap water hot enough than the it did for the cloths to cool off and become useless. These pads heat quickly in the microwave and stay warm for a long time. They fit perfectly inside low top sport socks and can be positioned exactly where I want them. I also found that they make great ice packs for sore knees. They stay soft and flexible because of the gel beads, and I can put them inside knee socks and tie them on. The hot/cold packs are about the same size as a maxi-pad, and probably work well for their intended purpose. I wish they had existed when I had my children.

Nice concept but how do you keep it clean?
I appreciate the thought of a reusable gel pack, especially one that can be made hot or cold. They are the perfect size and I really like that you get 2 for the price. My only concern is that there is no direction on how long you can heat the gel pack up safely. There are also no instructions for proper cleaning in between uses. Nice product but missing some information.

Oversized gel bead pack, great for multiuse
Comes in a 2 pack. Love that it is a bit oversized and they are gel beaded. They are great for multiuse not just perineal/postpartum. They are able to be manipulated for any area truly. They claim they are for hot or cold but I have only used them frozen (cold) and they do stay cold! Once one starts to wear off from the cold, go grab the other and swap them out. I'm afraid to put them in the microwave. They are BPA free so I am comfortable putting them against my skin.

HOT/COLD PADS SIZING IS WRONG - DON'T BUY!
These hot-cold therapy packs are good quality, but a LOT smaller than expected. The size is currently listed as 7” x 10” in multiple places (see pics), but each of mine is barely 3” x 7.5”. That’s a HUGE discrepancy. The size I received converted to cm is 19cm x 7.5cm, so it's not a simple unit error on the part of an overseas company. Even if put together you can't make it equal the size claimed. This error was reported, but the listing still has not changed.Other than the size problem the pack itself is of decent quality, with fully sealed edges, rounded corners, and relatively fast freezing times. I also like that it’s a two-pack, so you have a backup when your first frozen one warms up too much to be useful. Pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds and you have a hot back to soothe sore muscles and promote blood flow. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that when frozen they are hard and solid rather than flexible like a gel pack.Overall I'm upset about this product because of the incorrect product description, which may be intentionally deceitful. I hope that others will see this review and pick a different set of hot/cold packs to purchase.

Small cheap hot cold packs that are not worth purchasing.
These are technically alright. However, they are smaller than advertised. These say 10x7 inches they are not they are more like 7x3 inches maybe 7x2.5. They are nowhere near 10x7. Secondly, they are just thin, cheap packs. They are just cheap plastic, nothing else. There's no liner or anything. Most good hot cold packs come with a liner to put them in to protect the skin from heat or extreme cold. These do not. All in all, these are not worth purchasing. I suggest looking for something better.
