It moves a lot of air.Provides a lot of light.And looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  So its an all plastic light weight unit. Its light weight enough to hold with drywall screws. The install instructions are nothing pretty useless 3" piece of paper thats it. The wiring is strange colors. 3 wires for fan and 2 for the light. In a 2 switch setup, the green fan wire will connect to your ground bare wire, the connectors it comes with are useless use wire nuts. I took the 2 blue wires one from fan and one from the light and wired them to the houses white wire. Wire the left over light wire to one of the house wires and wire the last fan wire to the last house wire. One switch for lights one for fan. The fan is super quiet in my opinion. The light is bright. As far as suction its slightly better then the 50cfm it replaced but not a massive upgrade. Lets hope it lasts!

I bought gooper 12 inch light exhaust fan. I bought this because it was supposed to be 141 cfm my old one was only 100 cfm. My bath is a half bath, shower only very small. It does not remove the steam as good as my old one which was less cfm. Even when water is barely warm not hot at all mirror still foggs up. I made bad mistake buying this not to mention cost of installation. I would look at a different one if I had to do all over. After they read my review the company did refund my money. So they do go out of the way to please and make things right. It wasn't their fault it was new item they didn't know the issues until they sold a few and got feedback. I would not hesitate to buy from them again just not this item.
