This company's customer service is fantastic! I received a drain plug replacement at no charge a year after purchase. The ice maker continues to work great.

It worked well for only 2 months (to outside of return date, of course), then started making hideous noises that echoed through the house. We tried everything to get it to quiet done, but nothing worked. We eventually gave up and threw it away. It made great ice while it worked, it just quit working!

Love my machine, makes perfect ice and quick. It is a little louder than I wanted. Contacted seller and they resolved my issue very quickly.

I just love that we can have the pebble ice that you get at Cane’s or wherever else you have to buy these perfect little nugget sized ice cubes. It holds about 31/32 ounces of filtered water until you reach the full line. Its automatic cleaning feature is super nice and it detects when you need to add more water or the ice basket is full. It takes about 5-7 minutes to start plopping out ice into the basket so that’s quick. It is a tad loud but not overbearing it’s worth it and you can easily turn it off and back on again when you need it and it doesn’t take long to enjoy the ice. It’s a great addition to our almost complete coffee station and our daughter just lives this ice in everything. Especially by itself, eaten with a spoon. And the price isn’t a crazy amount for this luxury in your kitchen, like others. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

This was quite an experience and I'll wait til closure to form a positive conclusion. That said what I do want you to know is it is a fantastic machine, in a short while it spits out (2) gal baggys of soft tender ice, we have an excellent well. I loved it and you will too. I was so excited to purchase this nugget ice maker and chose this seller specifically because it was “Amazon’s Choice”. I received the ice machine in a timely manner and went through the steps laid out in the instruction manual, cleaning the parts, running cleaning cycles on the machine itself, etc. When I went to run an actual ice cycle the machine doesn’t work. It turns on, appears to run, but does not make ice. It appears the unit is defective. No big deal, I will just return it. Well despite being a loyal prime customer, and despite the fact that the item I was sent was DEFECTIVE..this seller INSS expects me to pay for the return postage to send the item back!!!! In addition I have gone back and forth for days waiting for a response. This ice machine is not light in weight. I can’t imagine how much it will cost to ship back. On top of that, I only ever purchase things covered under prime for free returns. I have opened a claim with Amazon under their A-Z guarantee to hopefully rectify the issue. I have never had such issues with a seller. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!
