just pushes wax against the drum
Its good at clearing the canal, but just pushed the rest hard against the drum. This product is no good for blocked ears, just cleaning them.

Looks like cheap Chinese rubbish.Not even in a box .All stuffed into a small clear bag.Would expect better on Amazon
