Worst piece of worthless junk I have ever purchased on Amazon and I purchase allot on Amazon. No instructions to make it work as advertised, but I did get instructions and helpful tips and hints via email. Finally got the opportunity this weekend and I did everything stated in those instructions to the letter. Lids fell off in the pot of water, raw egg everywhere, including the stove top, counter and floor. Containers rolled in the water in the pot before I could settle on a water level may work. Eggs stuck and had to be pried out with a butter knife. The best thing I did with this product is throw all six of them in my trash after first time attempt. That and a few well chosen curse words helped me with the disappointment. Waste of money Don't be as foolish as I was to try them. Pure junk.

worst product ever! eggs stick; water gets into the container; eggs look haggard once boiled; eggs are under cooked. not happy at all with this product; would NOT recommend!

Didn't work as well as shown on TV but we forgot to spray the inside with cooking spray so will try again.
