quick delivery and excellent quality
It gets rather hard to sit on after a while, as you keep tensing your muscles, but once you get the hang of it it really helps your posture. Because it arrives inflated and has a guarantee its pretty much hassle free. The 33cm size was perfect for me, but I do have a rather small bum. It you're slightly lager you might want to up a size.All in all warmly recommended!

Dynair balance cushion
Best buy ever. My physiotherapist told me to get this as part of my recovery. It keeps the lower part of you back moving whilst sitting. Much better than sitting on a ball.
