The capsules are small and easy to take, and I appreciate the absence of unnecessary additives. However, after using it for a while, I can’t say I feel any noticeable difference in energy or overall health. It’s a decent option for daily supplementation, but the results are subtle at best.

Nice product. Been using it off and on since I got it. I wish it was more tailored to men 50 plus. I think it also makes me just a tad sleepy at times and it could possibly be coming from the magnesium in it which kind of acts as a natural muscle relaxer and I would rather take magnesium separately for that but at night. Otherwise, I like the product.

Had low levels of vitamin D. This brought my levels up in six weeks.
