Epiphany LA Women's Push Up Padding Inserts for Swimsuits, Sports Bras, & Tops, 1 Set

Love love love these swim inserts! The material is great quality and really thick, so it doesn’t lose its shape when you’ve stuffed it in your bikini or gone in the water. I’m a very small A cup, and it’s hard for me to find swim tops that don’t gape (without stuffing it with more than one of the swim inserts that come with most swimsuits). If you’re in this itty bitty titty committee, these inserts help fill in those gaps and give you a nice push up! Definitely recommend!

I recently lost 20 pounds and went from a full C to a deflated C. I wanted something that would go in my regular bra to shape and lift. I hate push up bras as the shape never looks natural to me or they spill out too much. I love these inserts! I put them in everything. My regular bra, sports bras (looks great in those cute cropped ones) and swimwear. I ordered the C and they are large but I followed the video on how to make a small cut in the fabric and they slide right in and stay put! Even in a HIIT workout! I feel so much better when I am wearing these.

They look okay and I am happy I got them out but they def do not look as good as they did with implants obviously. So I am going to a winter event and I am wearing a triangle top dress and without a bra I looked ok but not like wow! You know.. how you look with implants lol I looked around amazon and saw a bunch of cheap push up pads but when I saw these I knew they would be good because I used to own a bikini top with these hearts in the same position that push up and in and it was awesome. So.. here is a before and after picture. The difference is amazing!! It gives you more volume because it is thicker and it pushes you in and up. They are more expensive than the others but worth every penny! I am a a 34c/d and I purchased the D and it is perfect. Do yourself a favor and buy these!

I don't think I've ever written a negative review. I've definitely never given a 1 star. This product did not work. After I tried them, I looked at other reviewers again, and I agreed with one reviewer who said all this product has is good marketing. Just because it has professional packaging and a larger price tag compared to others, doesn't mean it's the best. I wanted inserts to give a little cleavage. Push these girls up! All it did was add padding. I still had zero cleavage. My boobs looked somewhat larger, but still in the same place and not perked up like models show in pictures. I even did a top ten search online and this brand was in it so I thought ok this has got to be good. Sadly disappointed.

I am a 38B and I have a size Large Mossimo tankini top from Target. The top is cut almost straight across and has a huge bra area. I needed the Large because I have a broad back. My tankini top had cheap foam inserts that kept folding over on themselves. I am nowhere near a full B so I was reluctant to order the D cup recommended in the chart. However, after measuring the bra area of the swimsuit, I realized that I would need the D cup to fill it out and keep the inserts in place.After inserting the D cup inserts, there is almost no difference in my appearance. I suspect that's because of the large bra area probably designed for busty women with small backs rather than my shape. The Epiphany inserts fill up about 80% of the bra portion of the swimsuit. Next time I wear the suit, I'll see if the inserts move around because there's still plenty of room for them to do so. If so, then I'll tack them in place.

Foam is great for swimming and these seem well made. I wish they came in a wider size though - they are too small for a D cup and just kind of float around in swimsuits and sports bras. Also, since they are too small for me the side cushion can never be in the right place for my size without giving a super weird shape. The padding edges are really obvious in sorts bras too, but again, that might be because they are just too small for me. I think these would be awesome for a B cup, or maybe even a C cup, in a triangle top bikini. The price for these is WAY too high for foam inserts. I'll give the company some credit though, most other inserts come with cheap and awkward clear bags, bright and obnoxious boob-shaped cases, or just crappy cardboard - these come in a really nice box. The box is VS quality; the product itself is...just ok.Update: I used these in a new swimsuit style that seemed to be a better fit for these particular inserts. The suit had no lining material to insert pads, so I stuck them on with body adhesive tape, and they stayed put even after hours of swimming. The inserts are great if you have the right shape top. And it looked great too!

I was pretty disappointed. Purchased as a swimsuit liner. I’m a 32DD (lot smaller than it sounds) and prefer wearing full coverage bras. I just had my daughter last year and need a little more support in the top of a bikini yet still don’t want to cave into buying a bikini with underwire. On the other hand, I don’t want to have a wardrobe malfunction when chasing my little girl, so looking for a liner to provide coverage and support.Unfortunately, the circumference of this liner is way too large. If you’re a band size 32 or smaller than don’t purchase this product. It’s like when you were in college and needed a new bra, but didn’t have the money to drop at VS or couldn’t find anything on sale, so your only option was to purchase a sister size at a department store.Wish there was a little band size committee for all us petite chicks. If you’re a normal band size then this product most likely will work. I’d also choose a smaller when choosing a liner for swimsuits.

It looks very natural and it's as though I'm not wearing an insert at all. Light and breathable. The issue I have with it is that it's too long at the top and peaks out of my bra sometimes. I ordered a C cup and I'm a B, so I think I should've gone down in size.

I am usually between a 34C and a 32/34D... I went for the D and I'm glad I did. The are comfy and can be added to bathing suits with no padding. Really pretty box packaging as well. If you're looking for a little extra push up, these are so great. Victoria's Secret quality in my opinion.

I am truly happy with my order! So much that I'm going to order again. The packaging made my mouth drop. The item was exactly as advertised and more. Fits perfectly and comfortable. Love it!

The cups are oddly shaped and I can’t see it moulding well to various chest sizes. It is stiff as well. The pads also run small and don’t do much to cover your chest. I am small chested and still found these small.

These inserts do what they say! I am sometimes between cup sizes so I ordered a C instead of a B and I'm glad I did. They are exceptionally comfortable, lightweight and look great! Definitely going to get more <3 Beautiful product.
