I was disappointed with this Dunlop latex mattress topper. It was much firmer than expected and had an issue where one side didn't rise properly. Returning it was a nightmare. The seller from Thailand didn't provide a prepaid return label and expected me to put it back in the original box or get a large linen bag, take it to the post office, and pay for the return myself. Good luck with that – it's heavy, bulky, and very awkward to move.Eventually, I contacted Amazon for assistance because it was impossible to fit the topper back into the original box it came vacuum sealed originally so this was impossible. It really requires two people or a trolley to move it. Thankfully, Amazon intervened, and the seller arranged for DPD to collect it. Even the delivery person needed a trolley to handle it.On the positive side, no smell,the topper is genuinely made of a very heavy amount of Dunlop latex as advertised. However, due to the hassle, I wouldn't buy it again and requested a refund.
