Delivers as promised!
I was thinking of getting an uumi portable pizza oven, and while shopping around, much to my delight I ran across this! For about 1/3 the price I can use my existing GMG? Well, sign me up! So I was eager to try this out, and did so the day after it arrived - I'm hooked! This thing rocks. Easy as pie to install, heats up pretty quickly, and gets HOT! I don't have an infrared thermometer (yet - next up!), but it was danged hot! Pizza cooked in well less than 5 minutes, and came out perfect! Love it!

Just pull the trigger!
I absolutely love this accessory! We use this about once a week for homemade pizza night. It gives you an authentic wood fired taste to the dough and it's nice and crispy from jow screaming hot this gets. Works great on premade doughs also, just have to turn down the heat otherwise the bottom just gets burnt since it's more thick. We just did homemade calzones which were amazing on this as well. I cant wait to put some grill grates on and sear some red hot meat. It's a little of a pain to take out the hear deflector and grates from the smoker but once you set this up it's great. The shiny silver has turned a little bronze color from the smoke which I think is nice looking as well.

Pizza Oven is the Real Deal!
The media could not be loaded. I didn't think I could fall more in love with the Green Mountain Grill brand! This pizza oven is the real deal, it makes wood fired pizza in less than 5 minutes. My husband and I agree, we have no reason to ever order pizza again when we can make it just as good, if not better at home.I want to also thank Pellethead for their outstanding customer service. For some reason UPS sent my Pizza Peeler back, no reason given. When I contacted Pellethead they were extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and sent a replacement priority mail, even though it wasn't their fault.

Professional pizza making at home.
The media could not be loaded. This is why I chose a GMG smoker over a RecTec. This is an awesome add on. I’ve made homemade pizzas every weekend since I bought this high quality product. The shell is heavy stainless and the stone cleans easily after use. The pizza is every bit as good as I get from any local pizza joint. I do recommend an IR thermometer/pyrometer. Setting the smoker to 280F to 300F yields a 600F stone and a nice crisp crust. .

We love this thing
We love our Green Mountain Daniel Boone grill even more now that we can make great pizza! Still figuring out the best way to get the pizza off the metal peel and into the oven, but that's on me not the oven.

Best At Home Pizza!
We have used this a few times now so we're getting the hang of it....you won't want pizza any other way after using this! Best pizza made at home we've ever had by far. If you're on the fence like we were just go for it, you won't be sorry!
