Very well-made
This French press is amazing. I love the way it makes my coffee taste and it’s so easy to use. They even sent me a cleaning sponge with a handle so I could clean it out easier.. love it.

Glass separates from brass
Works fine for pour over beverages. The screens are doubled, with extra provided keeps detritus from your cup. The glass insert will remove from the housing, be aware when washing. The top with the plunger has no mark to indicate filtered pour section. Overall it feels cheap. It works well for what it does though, I use daily.

Item rusted at three weeks!!
Inner metal at glass has rusted, the size of a dime. Lovely copper color. Works perfect otherwise. Returned for credit. Purchased French press coffee Bodum, WHY COMPROMISE ON $$

Most important: NOT 1.5 liters, only 1 liter/34 fl. oz
1 Liter French presses are a dime a dozen. I ordered this one specifically because I wanted a larger one, and it was advertised as 1.5 liters.
