I loved the ice machine until it stopped working after 4 weeks. I used small water bottles, always had 4 in the freezer to replace as they defrosted in the cooler. All of a sudden it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed the company and hopefully will hear back and be able to get a new power cord. I’ll update my review if I hear from the company, hopefully a positive answer.Update: I contacted the company via email and got a response the next day. I asked for a replacement power cord and ended up getting a brand new ice machine, not what I expected! I’m totally please with their customer service.

I explored several cold therapy systems before settling on this one, primarily because of its capability to not just monitor water temperature during the cycling process, but also for its programmable therapy cycle feature. It proved to be an excellent decision! I'm pleased to share that over the two weeks following my surgery, this machine played a crucial role in my recovery, significantly reducing swelling and pain.

I bought this to use for my knee replacement on May 13. It does not pump the water through the hose. Here I sit in pain not being able to use it. UPDATE: Company completely stood behind their product. I am now able to ice my new knee! Great item to have.

Too small, ice bottles can only lay in container. When it did work for that day it only keeps bottle cold for 4 hours

I highly recommend this over any regular ice pack.

After years of dealing with ice packs, this is a godsend. After a knee surgery and years of PT, I finally broke down and got this. It was easy to hook up, fill, and while the pump had to take about a minute to self-prime, it didn't take long for water to flow through the tubing. It's well-insulated, and the connectors are secure and sealed as good as the medical-grade device I used post-surgery. The pump is a bit on the lower-cost side, but they're a dime a dozen and easy to replace if push came to shove. I highly recommend this over any regular ice pack.
