Queso Menonita de Durango

So I grew up on the border or southern NM and Chihuahua. Every month or so we would cross into Mexico and buy fresh corn tortillas and Menonito cheese. Some of you are probably in a similar situation to myself. I have moved to the Northern USA now and I have missed this cheese for a long time. I have found other versions like Chihuahua cheese and even a Menonito wannabe made in Pennsylvania. None were correct. This is it folks this is legit queso Menonito. As a chef specializing in New Mexican cuisine for 28 years I can't say there is NO substitute for this stuff. That saltiness,crumbly texture,and meltiness it's all here. Might be a bit pricey but it's worth it to me!

Mi pedido llegó a tiempo, es original y aunque cuesta un “poco más acá”, vale la pena; pues si sacas número, te sale más caro ir a Mexico para conseguirlo. Me encantaría poder conseguir también el queso Ranchero de Durango. Si tienes ganas de probar este delicioso queso Menonita, cómpralo, no te arrepentirás porque su sabor es una delicia y el envío es rápido. 👍🏻

Donde vivo no encuentro este tipo de queso, me da gusto encontrarlo aqui, muy rico, con buen rango de caducidad, recomendado
