Great for dog treats

Lid occasionally pops open
Thanks Amazon for delivering so quickly.Purchased for rice. Top pops open occasionally. I don't know if I accidentally hit the button or not when I took it out of the cabinet so I'll keep an eye on it.

Large capacity, removable top with measuring cup
This large capacity container with push button opening, removable, airtight lid also includes a measuring cup and is perfect for flour or rice. It's clear so you can see the contents and know when you need to refill it. I emptied my bag and a half of Jasmine rice into it and there's still plenty of room to spare which means next time I can order a larger bag and save a little more money. I store it on my stainless steel wire racks, right next to the rice cooker, so I'm always ready to go. Great value for the money.

Not Airtight
I bought this container to keep my 10 pounds of expensive bird pellets fresh for an extended period of time. To test the airtight seal, a poured a small amount of water in the container and closed it. I turned it upside down, and the water poured out freely.

Great Storage Bin
The media could not be loaded. This storage bin has a high quality seal built into the lip of the lid where it fits into the container. There is also a silicone rubber seal where the hinged lid meets the frame of the lid. To check for a good seal, I turned the lid upside down and filled it with water. The lid held water perfectly with no leaking. So if it holds water, it has a tight seal and will also keep air from getting in. This is a good looking container that is a good size for putting in my pantry cabinet. I am using it to store sugar instead of rice and it works perfectly. Comes with a decent plastic measuring scoop as well.

Not 10 pounds
The description says this container will hold 10 pounds. In reality it holds maybe 7 pounds. Kept for another purpose. Now looking for a container that will”actually hold 10 pounds”.
