I purchased this electric bike and was very impressed with the quality. It rides smoothly and is easy to speed up, making it a joy to use on the road. Everything worked perfectly, and we were really happy with it.However, one day while we were riding, my husband unfortunately fell and lost consciousness. The bike was seriously damaged, including a broken frame. It was a very scary situation, but I want to highlight how amazing the customer service was during this difficult time. They were incredibly kind and supportive, and without hesitation, they arranged to send us a brand-new replacement bike.It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their product and takes such good care of their customers. I highly recommend this electric bike—not just for its performance, but also for the excellent customer service that gives you peace of mind.

I have been interested in E-bikes for quite a while, but didn't know enough about them, therefore didn't want to spend the money since the bike I've been riding for the past 22 years still works.After reading various reviews on many different E-bikes, I decided to pick up a pair of L-20 2.0 Engwe bikes.... 1 pink and 1 black, and I'm glad I did! They were very easy to assemble (it's already mostly assembled).This bike has many features..... Headlight, tail light, 5 levels, 7 speeds, color screen, front fork and seat suspension for a softer ride, a nice seat, heavy duty kickstand.The seat is surprisingly comfortable for a stock seat, and the brakes work very well, even though they aren't hydraulic brakes.I would recommend these bikes to anyone interested in E-bikes and don't want to break the bank. For the price, these bikes are the best value for the money. I have been riding my bike to work every day the weather is cooperative and it is a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

So after doing alot of research and watching every youtube video on this ebike, I pulled the trigger and bought a pair of them to get the discount. Like alot of the reviews I watched, I was very surprised at the quality and speed of the ebike. I'm 5'7 and yes the seat is a bit tall but that's becuse the seat post has suspension and has to sit up a bit higher than most. You can quickly fix that issue but replacing it with a non suspended seat post but then the ride may be a bit harsher. My wife may opt for this option if she gets too annoyed with having to get off the seat at a stop light. The bikes speed was exactly as advertised. It runs up to 20mph on throttle only and up to 28 with me riding and I'm a 225lb 5'7 person. It's quicker than my last 36v swagtron eb8 which I loved, but wanted more speed from. It could use a higher MAH battery but that's an upgrade for later. So far it gets me about 20miles of actual range when using it at top speed and going up and down hills. I'm sure the range listed is under ideal conditions when using the pedal assist. The top speed of 28mph is while pedaling, however you don't have to put in any effort as they cant keep up at that speed anyways. So you basically just free pedal and it gets up to that 28mph speed. It feels like it could go faster but is probably limited to 28 mph due to class 3 regulations. I highly recommended these bikes as they are inexpensive, well made, super portable and have some good speed. Assembly took about 15 mins and they were well packed in the shipping box.

We bought the pair of 20" fat tire bikes just over a month ago. In that time, I've put about 70 miles on mine. Bikes were a bit difficult to put together. The first took about 3.5 hours and the 2nd took about 2 hours due to learning from the 1st. There were some difficulties with one of the bikes but seller offered prompt support. Replacement parts and small refund were promptly offered. I'm big on customer support so, even though there were problems, I think a 5 star review is still warranted.I test drove quite a few e-bikes before making this online purchase. These aren't as comfortable as some of the other bikes I tested but they are far cheaper. With the savings, I upgraded to a larger, padded, seat and that helped immensely. I'm a big guy and these bikes have no problem pulling me up a hill or keeping their charge. With pedal assist, I can bike over 10 miles and still have over half a charge left on the battery. If using pure power without pedaling, the battery drains much quicker, of course. The electronics are straight-forward and easy to read. The physical gears are largely unnecessary, in my opinion. The electric gears for power assist took about 2 days to fully master. Since that time, they work great and allow for 20 m.p.h travel with very little effort.For the price, I'm very happy with the level of comfort, power, and customer support. If you are looking for a midrange price on a solid e-bike, I think you will be happy with this purchase. Just remember, these bikes are a bit larger and heavier than they appear in the picture, so I wouldn't recommend for smaller-framed folks or anyone under 5'2" as the bike might overwhelm you.
