Does NOT taste like vanilla ice cream which is great. I've tried many alternatives but this is the only lactase that doesn't make me sick. Comes in convenient pouches you can bring with you. Only need 1 per meal, I highly recommend this for anyone dealing with lactose intolerance.

I am using it as instructed when eating/drinking dairy product and gone is the stomach problems and hard time.It is also very easy to carry around in a wallet and easily swallowed. Recommended.
