I have ended up on some meds that REALLY dry me out, and the doctor has been upping the dose. When I picked the latest increase up at the pharmacy, I commented to the pharmacist that I didn't know if I could hadn't being any drier and asked for ideas. He commented that making sure I kept my electrolytes up might help. Hadn't even considered that -- I typically have a little Gatorade or Powerade available for when I'm doing some significant physical activity, so I had some. It definitely helped with the thirst, but they can also add up, pricewise. A coworker mentioned these dissolvable packets, and they are perfect.You just put them in about 20 oz of water and shake it up. It dissolves quickly, and it has a good flavor. I like the fact that there are no artificial colors -- most drinks are dyed, and I can't see any reason why. I am probably using about one packet a day, perhaps slightly less.I suspect most people use this type of drink for when they're being active -- hiking, playing sports, or whatever. But clearly it's also a good way to help hydrate even if you get very thirsty for other reasons. Nice that these are cheaper than the premixed, no artificial colors, and easy to carry with you and dissolve. Definitely recommend.

Easy to use on a 16 ounce bottle water for good flavor

The packets are terrific. Each packet makes a full 16 oz container when added to water. No more struggling with the weight of 8 or more 16 oz bottles from the store. I mix it as I need it. The flavor is every bit as good as the store shelf bottles.

Just takes too long to get it I love the berry the most I only drink water and adding sugar free flavor helps
