Solid Laptop
I’ve been using this laptop daily for about a year now—work stuff, personal stuff, and a little bit of aimless Googling at 2 a.m. It’s super lightweight (great for hauling between home and work), has solid battery life, and runs smooth even when I’ve got 47 tabs open and forgot to close Spotify.The memory’s decent, but since I collect files like a digital squirrel prepping for winter, I added an extra SSD—problem solved.The only reason it didn’t get five stars? The screen. I’m not dramatic, but the colors are kinda tragic. I ended up getting a second monitor because my eyes were like, 'please.'Still, this laptop totally pulls its weight and then some. I'd recommend it—just maybe pair it with a screen that doesn't make you question your taste in wallpapers.

Excellent Purchase
I absolutely love this HP computer. I even love the red color. I have always bought HP. I was leary of the reconditioned product but for the low cost & the fact I don't use a home computer that often so I gave it a try. It has far exceeded what I had hoped for. Warranty is up so I hope it continues working as it should. Definitely worth the purchase. If you're in doubt, don't be. It looked brand new when it arrived without any flaws.

Never buying refurbished again!
I tried a refurbished computer. It started doing little things after the return window had closed. First the microphone stopped working, I played around and got that working again.Then the Wi-Fi would not connect, I had to use my hot spot. I could not fix this.Then the computer would cutoff in the middle of a meet. Not good for business.Then the camera stopped working! I tutor, everything I needed went down one by one. I get that I tried to save money by buying a certified refurbished computer that was Amazon backed. I did not expect it to last a long time, but 8 months is ridiculous. I had to get a NEW computer. I was very disappointed and discouraged.

Great laptop
Awesome laptop. Love it and am so glad I purchased it. Great battery life, screen looks great. Operates very fast

Functional for basic browsing
This laptop is not upgradable. The “HD” is just soldered chips on the mobo. There is a single RAM slot. In this configuration, it’s nearly useless for any task other than checking email, browsing, etc. It is functional. It boots up and runs fine. It’s just not for me.
