Fragile wires, use care during storage
Update since the review:Customer service reached out to me. They were quick to help resolve the issue.They sent me replacement coil and cord and it is working great! Got it yesterday and they also help educate me to better care for my unit's cords and coil.The best part is this product has taken away the need for torches for my needs.. I run this off-grid (solar powered) and now have one less need for traditional fossel fuels aka Propane/Butane. **------------‐-------------**This was my original review and willingly updated to commend their customer service practices:Purchased in February.Been working until today July 20, 2024.Power cord seems to be defective.

This is absolutely a great purchase and the sellers are amazing as well. Had a slight issue but they were pm the ball and made it right and deserve 3 thumbs up. I will buy from them any chance I get. 100 percent satisfied completely recommend this if you are a dabber
