Don't buy it, it doesn't come with any instruction, not even on the brands website. You can't figure out how to put the SIM in, and there's no way to change it out of spanish. I should have listened to the 1st reviewer, SMH!

Waste of money
Horrible phone! Have paid 2 different companies to try and connect service on this device but it couldn’t be done. Waste of money. I would give it negative stars if I could.

I was able to just stick a SIM card in with no problem. There's constantly a notification on the screen that says to add a second SIM card, which I don't plan to do unless I leave the country, but it doesn't seem to matter. It did come set to Spanish, but I was able to switch it to English. It's definitely still set up a little bit differently than your typical English language phone (a little counter-intuitive), but I've been able to figure it out. Like others said, there's not a real manual, but, it's simple enough that you don't really need one to do the basic things this phone is for. It has a surprisingly bright flashlight. My main complaint is that it's just inconvenient. Most things I could do with a single button or a quick short cut in my old phone require more time and clicking on this one. Lots of navigating through menus to get things done. As far as I can tell, you can't set it to T9, so typing is very slow. I also have not figured out how to stop it from beeping every time I press a button without turning the whole phone to silent (no text/call notification). There aren't a lot of tailored settings to choose from. This is a cheap, simple phone. If you want to text a lot and do things quickly, it won't work well for you. If you want the basics, I think it's fine. I expect it to break my screen/texting addiction, because it's just a little too frustrating to type on.

Sucks!!
It's ok for my 10 yr old granddaughter. It's best to use for calls and messaging. Can not receive pics in text. :-(Not enough storage to download games. VERY slow to connect to internet. She's not too happy about having to use "a caveman phone"... Lol It'll do for calls & alarms till I can get her another iPhone or smart phone.

Cannot change language.. Default to Spanish
No where does it state in the description that this phone is in SPANISH ONLY! Therefore I can not use! Very aggravating and returning the phone.. Junk if cannot change the language! No instructions either!

The company website has no useful information at all
If I could leave no stars I would. The instruction manual is a joke, it's impossible to get the sim card to install and the phone defaults to spanish. The company website has no useful information at all. Seriously, don't buy it.
